Last Sunday, me and friend decided to go for a little run in the dark. On the way back, we saw to PCs. I thought someone just wants to get rid of two PC’s cases. But we opened it, and they were computers that run perfectly. So specs of one of them are:

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual Core
Manufacturer: Asus
HDD: 80GB
RAM: 2GB
Optical Drive: DVD-RW
Graphics Card: nVidia GeForce (don’t remember which one) 128MB
OS: Windows XP

On the other computer we’ve found a picture of person’s driving license, and credit card (both sides).

I’ve never thought that something like this could ever happen. But it does

According to youfindityoukeepit.com, Mac has a response to You Find it You Keep it campaign also known as Laptop Hunter campaign. “This ad is trying to paint PC, or Microsoft in general, as “Un-listening” and an “Ignorer” of it’s people’s needs.” Here’s the ad:

I have seen a lot of videos on youtube calles “You find it, You keep it” from Microsoft. While I was looking for this ad on internet, i saw a post on www.engadget.com about this ad. So, basically Microsoft gives away free PCs to make other customers buy PCs (not MAC!). So, I will quote the post directly: “Speaking at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference earlier today, Turner said that he knows the ads are working because “two weeks ago we got a call from the Apple legal department saying. ‘Hey, you need to stop running those ads, we lowered our prices.’” Turner further went on to note that “they took like $100 off or something,” before stating to applause that it “was the greatest single phone call in the history that I’ve ever taken in business” — though he did apparently take a minute to ask: “Is this a joke? Who are you?” In case you’re wondering, Turner also confirmed that Microsoft is indeed “just going to keep running them and running them and running them.”"
