Pirate CDs/DV

Hey, I’m in Russia during this month, and I’ve found many things that are surprising me. Even that Russian governement is “fighting” against selling pirate disks, you can still find many stores that still sell pirate disks for about $5. You can buy Windows Vista for about $8 there. It is illegal here but I think government doesn’t care. So, if you want to buy ILLIGAL  Windows Vista (or anything else, for example, Photoshop) istead of downloading it, you need to go to Russia.
