I hate break ups. Especially when I’m breaking up with someone. It’s really hard to keep someone completely away from your life now, when there’s Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks. Ex-Blocker plugin is the solution.

The Ex-Blocker is a plugin for Firefox and Chrome that ignores your ex on the internet. Just give it your ex’s name, Facebook name, Twitter account, and the plugin will take care of the rest for you.

But the plugin is only for the fucked up people that just ignore others. When I  break up woth someone, I still try to be friends with them. I know how it feels when jerk just ignores you. IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH.

The open source operating system is based on the Chrome browser, which is designed to work exclusively with web applications.

“We are working on bringing the device later this fall,” said Google vice president of product management Sundar Pichai at CompuTex Taipei, Asia’s biggest IT trade show.

“It’s something which we are very excited by . . . We expect it to reach millions of users on day one,” he said.

So far, there are about 70 million Google Chrome browser users (as Google claims it), so I am pretty sure that the OS will be pretty popular among the users. And I really believe Google is coming up with a really big competition against Microsoft.

No, really. Just think about it. About 10 years ago we did not have internet usage as much as we do today. Everything is going up to the cloud, and all the applications/programs going there too. So I would say in about another 5-10 years everything will be on internet.

As I said in previous posts, I am a fan of Google products, and I try to use all of them. So, gdgt got a working version of Google Chrome OS for ya! Just go to http://gdgt.com/google/chrome-os/download/ and register. You’ll need VMware Player (or VMware Fusion for Macs) to get it running. VirtualBox can also use VMware VMDK images, but it isn’t always perfect. Now, this is a developer build, so it has A LOT OF bugs. In addition, the OS is very slow (at least on my computer). Overall, I liked Chrome OS. I liked the design and the idea. Personally, I think this is the future OS because we all are getting high speed internet, so why do we need to buy software in a store? Just buy it online, and use it online. No need to download anything.
