Own opinion: What country is the most computerized?

Computer GuyI’ve been in Canada, US, Russia, Finland, and Ukraine. I always have my laptop with me to have access to talk to my friends and family. But you cannot find internet access anywhere you want. So, in my opinion, the most computerized country is Canada. You can connect to internet almost ANYWHERE you want for FREE.  If you go to a public library, you have access to internet AND library’s computers. If you go to a restaurant, it is most likely that you can connect to internet there. Second place is Finland. It is pretty much the same as in Canada. Free internet is in airport, restaurants, etc. Russia is on the third place. It is about 10%  of possibility you are going to be able to have access to internet for free. Sometimes, I could not even find wall outlet to power up my laptop. And the last place is Ukraine because there is almost no WiFi at all. I found one only at McDonald’s. I don’t know why, WiFi router costs about $30 and higher.

So, this is my opinion. If someone’s disagree with me, please, comment and tell me your opinion.

Umm… I am not really sure about Korea because I haven’t been there. But I’m pretty sure that in South Korea technology is well developed, but I don’t know about North Korea because there’s still communism… may be they are less developed.

At least i have heard from people who have been to South Korea, it is the most computerized country. I think Canada is high on the world computer Job market. I mean that Organisations in Canada can employ South Koreans without them necessarily being physically there.

Good point. I think Japan and Korea should be in this list, but I haven’t been there so don’t really know. If someone wants to add something to the list, feel free and leave a comment.
